Logitech International (SIX: LOGN) (Nasdaq: LOGI) today announced that
it has filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the second quarter of
Fiscal Year 2015 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
As expected, prior to this 10-Q filing, Logitech received a standard
notice from Nasdaq stating that the Company was not in compliance with
the Nasdaq listing rule that requires timely filing of periodic
financial reports with the SEC – Rule 5250(c)(1) – as a result of
Logitech’s delay in filing the 10-Q for the second quarter of Fiscal
Year 2015. With this filing, Logitech is up to date with its financial
reporting requirements and expects to regain compliance with the Nasdaq
listing rule.
“With our financial reporting up to date, our entire organization is
enthusiastically focused on our long-term growth and making Logitech an
amazing company that delivers amazing experiences to consumers,” said
Bracken P. Darrell, Logitech president and chief executive officer.
