Aurora Cannabis Inc. Approved for Listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange

T.ACB
Vancouver, British Columbia, December 15, 2014 – Aurora Cannabis Inc. (the “Company”) (CSE: ACB) is pleased to announce that the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “CSE”) has approved of the common shares of the Company for listing on the CSE pursuant to a fundamental change review.

The review by the CSE was pursuant to the Company acquiring all of the issued and outstanding shares of Aurora Marijuana Inc. (the “Transaction”) by way of a share exchange agreement dated September 9, 2014, as amended. On December 9, 2014, the Company closed the Transaction. Trading of the Company’s shares was halted in connection with the announcement of the Transaction and is now set to resume trading on Tuesday December 16, 2014 as the CSE has approved of the Transaction. Pursuant to the CSE, the majority of the shareholders of the Company also approved of the Transaction.

In connection with the Transaction, the Company changed its name to “Aurora Cannabis Inc.” and the trading symbol to “ACB” (from “Prescient Mining Corp.” and trading symbol “PMC”, respectively) to better reflect the Company’s new business in the medical marijuana industry.

Aurora Marijuana Inc. is the parent company of Aurora Cannabis Enterprises Inc. (“Aurora”) a medical marijuana company in the final stages of receiving its Licensed Producer designation from Health Canada pursuant to the Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations. (MMPR) Aurora’s ready to build approval from Health Canada was issued in January 2014. Since then, Aurora has constructed a brand new purposeful built, state of the art, expandable, 54,000 square foot facility located on 160 acres in Mountain View County, Alberta. The facility is nestled in the foothills of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. The facility enjoys fresh mountain water and numerous advantages that come with being located in the business friendly province of Alberta.

Aurora is pleased to provide an update on the status of Aurora's application to become a licensed producer pursuant to the MMPR. Aurora received its second inspection on December 9th and 10th of 2014 from the Office of Controlled Substances at Health Canada. Aurora is cautiously optimistic about Health Canada’s forthcoming decision resulting from this inspection.

On behalf of the Board of Directors,
AURORA CANNABIS INC.
