Highlands Bancorp, Inc (OTCQB:HSBK), parent company of Highlands State
Bank, announces the consolidation of the Bank’s two (2) Sparta branch
office locations into one (1) branch in the first quarter of 2015.
Highlands will consolidate the accounts and safe deposit boxes located
at its office at 351 Sparta Avenue to its recently acquired and
renovated office located at 31 Sparta Avenue. The staff from the 351
Sparta Avenue branch will also be relocated to the 31 Sparta Avenue
office.
The 31 Sparta Avenue branch, purchased and opened earlier in 2014,
contains the latest in banking technology and offers easy access to our
customers. It is conveniently located with the central business district
of Sparta and is a short 1.8 miles from the 351 Sparta Avenue location.
Affected customers will be notified by mail, and further details on the
actual closing date will be posted at the branch sites. The actual
closing date will be subject to normal regulatory notifications and
approvals.
