Ms. Keller-Hobson has had a distinguished 35-year career as a senior business lawyer providing strategic advice on significant transactions, critical business issues and risk management. She advised senior management, boards of directors and special committees on public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, governance and shareholder activism. Ms. Keller-Hobson has broad international experience, including extensive involvement in cross-border transactions. She established and managed the London, England office of Torys' LLP for nearly 10 years. Ms. Keller-Hobson obtained her law degree from the University of Ottawa in 1979.
