("Mission Ready" or "MRSI") announces that MRSI will make an application with the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") to extend the term of 6,690,000 warrants (the "Warrants") expiring on February 28, 2015. The Warrants were issued in connection with a qualifying transaction and concurrent financings announced by MRSI on September 20, 2012. Upon receipt of approval from the Exchange, the expiry date of the Warrants will change from February 28, 2015 to August 26, 2015. All other terms of the Warrant, including the exercise price will remain the same.
