VANCOUVER, Feb. 19, 2015 /CNW/ - Smartcool Systems Inc. (TSX-V: SSC) is pleased to announce that its exclusive ECO3 distributor in Kuwait, Life Energy has signed a contract with the Kuwait Oil Company to install 45 ECO3 units in Gathering Centers and Water Injection plants throughout the company's facilities in Kuwait.
The Smartcool technology was installed as a pilot on a select number of Gathering Centers in 2014. When the results demonstrated the performance capabilities, Kuwait Oil Company decided to install ECO3's on all of A/C units that provide cooling at these facilities. Once these units have been installed a total of five out of 26 sites will be receiving the benefit of the technology.
