Mark will be responsible for building a cloud-based information systems structure using the latest SaaS applications and development architectures. The new systems will be designed with an emphasis on mobile capabilities that can enable faster integration between the field sales, installation and support teams.

Mark joins Vivint Solar with experience as Chief Transformation Officer and Head of Product Development at eBay Enterprise. He also spent more than 20 years with Accenture as Managing Partner in Silicon Valley. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
Vivint Solar is the second largest installer of solar energy systems to the U.S. residential market with approximately 16 percent market share in the third quarter of 2014, according to GTM Research.
