Discovery Air Technical Services announces it has added the ATR42 and ATR72 Series 600 on its AMO SCOPE OF WORK and been awarded an exclusive three year contract by Liat (1974) LTD

QUEBEC CITY, April 16, 2015 /CNW/ - Discovery Air Technical Services Inc. ("DATS"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Discovery Air, is pleased to announce it has received its Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO) Certificate from Transport Canada for the ATR42 and ATR72 series 600 of aircraft.  Liat (1974) Ltd. ("Liat") has also signed a three (3) year exclusive agreement with DATS for their entire fleet. The first aircraft is set to arrive in May 2015.  Work will be carried-out at DATS' Heavy Maintenance facility at the Jean Lesage International Airport in Quebec City in the coming months.
