PORT LOUIS, MAURITIUS--(Marketwired - April 30, 2015) - Alphamin Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:AFM), "Alphamin" or the "Company") announced today a change in its Management Team.
Subject to regulatory approval, Mr. Eoin O'Driscoll has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from the 30th April 2015. Mr. O'Driscoll holds a Chartered Accountant designation from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland. He has been working in the accounting field for the past 12 years of which the last 7 years have been in the mining sector and he spent 4 years with an international audit firm, KPMG in Ireland.
During his experience in the mining sector, Mr. O'Driscoll has been working with a company involved in gold exploration program in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Mr. O'Driscoll will replace Mr. Ross Doyle as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and Mr Ross Doyle will continue as a consultant of the Company until 30th June 2015.
The Company wishes to thank Mr. Doyle for his contribution in the development of the Company and also wishes to welcome Mr. O'Driscoll as the new Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
