Liquor Stores N.A. Ltd. Shareholders Approve All Resolutions at Annual Meeting of Shareholders

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - May 8, 2015) - Liquor Stores N.A. Ltd. (the "Company" or "Liquor Stores") (TSX:LIQ) held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 8, 2015, in Edmonton. A total of 8,478,735 shares, representing approximately 31.08% of common shares, were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting.

During the regular business proceedings at the meeting, shareholders approved the resolutions below:

1. Fixing Number of Directors

The number of directors was fixed at nine (9) by a show of hands.

2. Election of Directors

The nine nominees set forth in Liquor Stores' information circular (the "Circular") dated April 6, 2015 were elected as directors of Liquor Stores by a majority of votes cast by ballot. Liquor Stores' shareholders present in person or represented by proxy at the meeting voted as follows:

This resolution appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Chartered Accountants, to serve as auditors of Liquor Stores until the next annual meeting or until their successor is appointed, at a remuneration to be fixed by the Board of Directors was approved by a show of hands.

4. Approval of the 5 Year Term of the Performance Awards Granted to Certain Executives

This resolution approving the 5 year term of the performance awards granted to certain executives was approved by a vote, conducted by ballot as follows:
