Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Announces Pricing of Secondary Public Offering by Selling Shareholders

MIAMI, May 20, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (Nasdaq:NCLH) ("Norwegian") announced today the pricing of the previously announced secondary public offering of 20 million of its ordinary shares by certain funds affiliated with Apollo Global Management, LLC, Star NCLC Holdings Ltd. and certain funds affiliated with TPG Global, LLC (together, the "Selling Shareholders") pursuant to an automatic shelf registration statement on Form S-3 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") at a price to the public of $54.85 per ordinary share. The offering is expected to close on or about May 26, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.

Norwegian did not sell any ordinary shares in the offering and will not receive any of the proceeds from the offering. The total number of Norwegian ordinary shares outstanding will not change as a result of the offering.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. is acting as the sole underwriter for the offering.
