that on May 20, 2015, the Company’s CEO, Mr. Ignacio Salazar completed
the purchase of 200,000 Orosur shares (“Common Shares”) at an average
price of GBP£ 0.092 (equivalent to C$0.175) per share.
Following this purchase, Mr. Salazar has a beneficial interest in
723,000 Common Shares, representing 0.75% of the Company’s issued share
capital.
