Etrion Announces Results of Annual General Meeting

GENEVA, SWITZERLAND--(Marketwired - June 12, 2015) - Etrion Corporation ("Etrion" or the "Company") (TSX: ETX) (OMX: ETX), a solar independent power producer, held its 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in Toronto yesterday, and the nominees listed in the management information circular were elected as directors of the Company.
