First Foundation Inc. (NASDAQ:FFWM), a financial services company that

First Foundation Inc., today announced the launch of its specialty
deposits solution.
The new offering was created to deliver greater value to clients by
providing cash management solutions for commercial clients including
public works and construction contractors, commercial property
management, title and escrow companies, homeowners associations, and
1031 exchange accommodators.
The launch coincides with the appointment of Anita Young, who will lead
the build out and serve as SVP, Director of Specialty Deposits. Prior to
joining First Foundation, Ms. Young served as an SVP for Umpqua Bank,
leading its specialty deposits group for California markets.

Ms. Young comes to First Foundation with over 25 years of experience in
financial services and banking, serving in various roles including
management, marketing, and sales. Her expertise in specialized
commercial and financial services banking includes the implementation
and evaluation of optimized solutions for this unique clientele.
The specialty deposits group of First Foundation Bank will target niche
markets that require an expertise beyond traditional banking products.
The group will take an active approach to develop customized treasury
solutions to manage cash flow, help streamline operations, and seek to
protect clients from transactional risks.
Ms. Young will be based out of First Foundation’s Palm Desert office and
will serve the entire network of First Foundation’s eight geographic
locations.
