Company to Provide Litigation Support, eDiscovery, and Computer
Forensics for Division of Enforcement
CACI International Inc (NYSE
MKT: CACI) announced today that it has been awarded a single-award,
indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with a $102 million
ceiling value to provide litigation support services and electronic
discovery for the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The
five-year contract represents continuing work in CACI’s Investigation
and Litigation Support market area.
Under the terms of this award, CACI will assist the SEC’s Division of
Enforcement, providing eDiscovery and electronic processing support, as
well as computer forensics.
