(OTC PINK: SBES) ("South Beach Spirits" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, V Georgio, Inc., has entered into a Manufacturing and Supply Agreement (the "Agreement") with Terressentia Corporation, a leading producer of a variety of distilled spirits.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Terressentia has agreed to manufacture the V Georgio Vodka product line for Company. This is to include distillation, flavoring (if, required), bottling, labeling, sealing and packing of items purchased by the Company.
