CACI Awarded $50 Million Task Order Contract to Continue Support for U.S. Army Innovative Intelligence Solutions Program

CACI International Inc (NYSE MKT: CACI) announced today that it has been awarded a $50 million task order contract to support the U.S. Army Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate’s (I2WD) Innovative Intelligence Solutions program. The two year task order, won under the Alliant contract vehicle, represents continuing business in the company’s Intelligence Systems and Support market area.

I2WD provides intelligence and information warfare tools that equip America’s Armed Forces with the integrated systems needed to ensure information dominance. Under this award, CACI will provide quick reaction capabilities (QRC) in developing tools and applications for the human intelligence and signals intelligence needs of the U.S. Army. The support includes full end-to-end lifecycle management of the solutions delivered, including training sustainment and maintenance.

CACI’s QRC service delivery model is designed specifically for I2WD. Coupled with disciplined and repeatable QRC engineering processes, leadership, and operational insight, it assures the Army of fast and efficient development of new intelligence and information warfare systems and tools. The company’s extensive experience supporting I2WD gives it significant insight and understanding of the I2WD’s technical and operational environment, further assuring that solutions effectively match mission requirements.
