New Residential Investment Corp. (NYSE:NRZ, “New Residential” or the
“Company”) and Home Loan Servicing Solutions, Ltd. (“HLSS”) have
completed the merger previously announced on April 6, 2015.
Pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger dated as of April 6, 2015,
HLSS merged with and into Hexagon Merger Sub, Ltd., (“Merger Sub”), a
wholly owned subsidiary of New Residential. The merger was approved by
HLSS shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting of HLSS held
earlier today.
In addition, New Residential announced today that it will release its
third quarter financial results for the period ended September 30, 2015
on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 prior to the opening of the New York Stock
Exchange.
