ChitrChatr Refiles Management’s Discussion and Analysis

Calgary, Alberta (FSCwire) - ChitrChatr Communications Inc. (“ChitrChatr” or the “Company”) (www.chitrchatr.com), developer of the Comprehensive Universal Unified Communications Platforms (CUUCP) has today refiled the management’s discussion and analysis (“MDA”) for the period ended April 30, 2015. The refiled MDA includes disclosure regarding the cautionary language within the originally filed quarterly report for the period ended April 30, 2015, which was deficient in not providing a clear statement of risk and potential risk of investing in the Company. Further, details pertaining to certain events were insufficient.

The refiled MDA replaces the original version filed on June 24, 2015. They are available on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.
