IPOWorld Announces Corporate Name Change

IPOWorld (the "Company") (OTC: IPOW), a developer of integrated solutions for the cannabis industry, is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has approved the change of its corporate name to CannaMatrix, Inc.

“We believe this name change will more clearly represent the exciting industry that we are in,” said Edward Heckerson, CEO of IPOWorld. “The re-branding of the Company should also enhance our future marketing initiatives as we enter 2016.”

In alignment with the name change, the Company will shortly be announcing its new cusip number and ticker symbol once approved by the regulating authorities.
