NEW YORK, Jan. 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) today reported preliminary assets under management of $52.6 billion as of December 31, 2015, an increase of $0.5 billion from November 30, 2015. The increase was due to market appreciation of $300 million, institutional net inflows of $110 million, and open-end net inflows of $76 million.
