("Mission Ready" or the "Company") reports that, further to its News Release dated December 23, 2015 announcing the closing of the first tranche of a non-brokered private placement financing of up to 25,000,000 units (the "Units") at $0.06 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to CDN $1,500,000 - first announced by a News Release dated December 3, 2015 - that it has applied for, and been granted, a 30-day extension by the TSX Venture exchange under Policy 4.1 in respect of the final closing date of the transaction.
It is Mission Ready's intention to close the remaining $395,454.90 of the $1,500,000 within the 30-day extension period.
