Mr. Graham has over 8 years of finance experience in the resource sector with a focus on public markets. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management. Mr. Chang will remain a Board Member and Audit Committee Chairman but is stepping down as CFO to pursue other ventures.
