CPI Aerostructures Announces Filing of Form 12b-25

EDGEWOOD, NY--(Marketwired - Mar 15, 2016) - CPI Aerostructures, Inc. ("CPI Aero®") (NYSE MKT: CVU) announced today that it has filed a Form 12b-25, Notification of Late Filing, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission with regard to its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2015 (the "2015 10-K"). Form 12b-25 will allow the company an additional fifteen calendar days to file the 2015 10-K, which was otherwise due on March 15, 2016. The company noted that the delay in filing is related to the completion of its review of its financial statements for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2015.
