(former trading symbol GWQ) has changed its name to Engold Mines Ltd. (TSXV: EGM) to better reflect the Company's focus on the
Aurizon Gold prospect within its 100% owned Lac La Hache property in British Columbia's Cariboo region. Effective the opening of
trading on Monday, May 16, 2016, Engold will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol EGM. No other change has
been made to the Company's capital. Shareholders approved the name change at the Company's AGM held in Prince George on April
22nd, 2016, along with all other resolutions before the meeting.
"The name Engold better reflects the company's new strategic direction that is focused on the high grade Aurizon Gold prospect,"
said Engold President & CEO David Brett. "Management believes Aurizon Gold, which lies within Engold's larger Lac La Hache Property
