announced the appointment of Marcos Rodriguez as Chief Accounting Officer of the Company.
Mr. Rodriguez brings over 17 years of diversified accounting experience to the Company. Prior to joining Nobilis, Mr. Rodriguez
served for five years as Director in Complex Financial Reporting and Enterprise Risk at Opportune LLP, and 11 years at Deloitte &
Touche as Audit Senior Manager in Audit & Enterprise Risk Services. Mr. Rodriguez's experience includes financial accounting and
reporting, technical accounting research, external and internal audits, initial public offering readiness, Sarbanes-Oxley
implementations, mergers and acquisitions, Securities and Exchange Commission regulations, and both U.S. Generally Accepted
Accounting Principles and International Financial Reporting Standards. Mr. Rodriguez graduated with a B.S. in accounting from
Louisiana State University and is a certified public accountant.
