Financial Officer of The Juniata Valley Bank, headquartered in Mifflintown, PA, was recently recognized for her 40 years of service
in the banking industry at the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Group 5 meeting held on April 21 at the Sheraton
Harrisburg-Hershey. The PA Bankers Association, located in Harrisburg, is the state’s leading banking trade association,
representing an expansive and diverse membership. Ms. McMinn joins a select group of individuals in Pennsylvania that have devoted
their careers to the financial services industry.
She began her banking career with the Russell National Bank in Lewistown, PA, in 1976, which eventually became
part of Omega Financial Corporation, and she remained with that company until 2005. During her tenure there, she held various
positions, including Data Processing Manager, Productivity Manager, Corporate Controller and Investor Relations Officer. She joined
The Juniata Valley Bank as Chief Financial Officer in 2005. In addition to her responsibility at JVB, she also serves on the Board
of Directors of Liverpool Community Bank.
