Director Change

The Board of Parity is pleased to announce that David Firth will shortly be joining the Board as a Non-Executive Director. A further announcement will be made once the timing of his appointment has been formerly agreed which is expected to be around the time of release of the Group's Interim Results.  

David Firth is the Finance Director of Penna Consulting plc which was recently acquired by the Adecco Group. David was at Penna for over 16 years and has a wealth of experience in the people management and consultancy markets. Prior to that David was in the finance team at Parity for the period 1993 to 1999, serving as Group Finance Director from 1995.

Lord Freeman, Non- Executive Chairman, commented:

David Firth's current and previous directorships in the last five years are:

David Firth was a director of subsidiary companies Astorg Recruitment Limited which was dissolved on the 15 June 2014 and Marketing Unleashed Limited which was dissolved on the 2 October 2014

There are no further matters that require to be disclosed under AIM Rule 17 Schedule 2 (g) for David Firth.
