US$ 50,000,000 of the above referenced Notes from the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange. Following delisting of
US$50,000,000 of Notes, the Issuer will have US$0.00 of this class of Notes listed on the Main Market of the Irish Stock
Exchange.
Following delisting, the delisted Notes will be cancelled.
This announcement is effective from 10 June 2016.
