  • Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation (NASDAQ: GLDD) shares rose 13.56 percent to $5.11 in pre-market trading after dropping 5.46 percent on Friday.
  • Zynerba Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: ZYNE) shares rose 9.15 percent to $8.35 in pre-market trading after falling 1.54 percent on Friday.

  • Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC (NYSE: RBS) shares fell 23.94 percent to $4.13 in pre-market trading after dropping 27.55 percent on Friday. JPMorgan downgraded Royal Bank of Scotland from Neutral to Underweight, while BofA/Merrill Lynch also downgraded the stock from Neutral to Underperform.
  • Lloyds Banking Group PLC (ADR) (NYSE: LYG) shares tumbled 17.12 percent to $2.76 in the pre-market trading session after dipping 23.27 percent on Friday. JPMorgan downgraded Lloyds Banking from Overweight to Neutral, while BofA/Merrill Lynch also downgraded the stock to Underperform.
  • Ryanair Holdings plc (ADR) (NASDAQ: RYAAY) shares fell 10.45 percent to $69.50 in pre-market trading. Ryanair launched a 24-hour £9.99 ($13.61) flash sale for air tickets for those in need of a getaway after Brexit.

  • Williams Companies Inc (NYSE: WMB) shares fell 8.49 percent to $19.50 in pre-market trading after a Delaware judge decided that Energy Transfer Equity could walk away from its $20 billion+ takeover of Williams Companies without a penalty.
  • UBS Group AG (USA) (NYSE: UBS) fell 7.10 percent to $12.96 in pre-market trading after tumbling 13.35 percent on Friday. JPMorgan downgraded UBS from Neutral to Underweight.
