"Company") (TSX VENTURE:WLP.P), a capital pool company pursuant to Policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange (the
"TSXV"), is pleased to announce that the TSXV has granted conditional acceptance of an extension to August 23,
2016 (the "Extension Deadline") in which to complete a Qualifying Transaction ("QT"). If a QT is not completed
before the Extension Deadline the Company's shares will be transferred to the NEX and 50% of insider's seed shares will be
cancelled.
