The Directors of CATCo Reinsurance Fund Ltd. wish to announce that they have applied to the Irish Stock Exchange to remove the Class V Shares - Series A and Class V Shares - Series B (the "Shares") of the PKA Fund, a segregated account of the Company, from the Official List and from trading on the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange.

The Irish Stock Exchange has agreed to delist the Shares of the Fund with immediate effect.
