TORONTO, July 18, 2016 /CNW/ - Mainstreet Health Investments Inc.
("Mainstreet" or the "Corporation") (TSX:HLP.U) announced today a cash dividend in the amount of US$0.06139 per common share for the period from July 1, 2016 to July 31, 2016. The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2016 to shareholders of
record as of July 29, 2016.
The Corporation also announced today that it has implemented a dividend reinvestment plan (the "DRIP") that takes effect
following the above-noted dividend for those shareholders who enroll in the DRIP. Participants in the DRIP will have their
cash dividends used to purchase common shares of the Corporation, either directly from the Corporation's treasury or on the open
market, at the Corporation's discretion. In the case of a treasury purchase, the common shares may be issued at a discount of
up to 3%, at the Corporation's discretion. Shareholders wishing to participate should contact their investment advisors to
enroll in the DRIP. Unless otherwise approved by the Corporation, shareholders resident outside of Canada will not be entitled to participate in the DRIP. For more information on the DRIP,
