  • Myriad Genetics, Inc. (NASDAQ: MYGN) shares declined 32.1 percent to $20.00 after the company posted weaker-than-expected Q4 results and issued a downbeat guidance.
  • SunPower Corporation (NASDAQ: SPWR) shares declined 30.2 percent to $10.32 after the company posted a loss for its second quarter and issued a weak revenue forecast. Management expected a workforce reduction of about 15 percent totaling about 1,200 employees in the future and restructuring charges totaling $30-$45 million.
  • WaferGen Bio-systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: WGBS) dropped 24 percent to $0.950 after the company reported a wider-than-expected quarterly loss.
  • Gevo, Inc. (NASDAQ: GEVO) shares dropped 22.6 percent to $0.584. Gevo reported a Q2 adjusted loss of $0.15 per share on revenue of $8.1 million.
  • Orbital ATK Inc (NYSE: OA) shares declined 22.3 percent to $69.00. Orbital posted better-than-expected Q2 earnings, but sales missed expectations. The company raised its FY earnings guidance, but lowered its revenue guidance.
  • Tidewater Inc. (NYSE: TDW) shares tumbled 21.5 percent to $3.66 as the company posted a wider-than-expected quarterly loss.
  • Luna Innovations Incorporated (NASDAQ: LUNA) fell 20 percent to $1.20. Luna Innovations reported a Q2 loss of $0.03 per share on sales of $14.647 million.
  • American Public Education, Inc. (NASDAQ: APEI) declined 19 percent to $23.34. American Public Education posted upbeat quarterly earnings, but issued a weak forecast for the current quarter.
  • Marchex, Inc. (NASDAQ: MCHX) shares dropped 18.2 percent to $2.78. Marchex reported a Q2 adjusted loss of $0.02 per share on revenue of $34.4 million.
  • TechTarget Inc (NASDAQ: TTGT) declined 15.8 percent to $7.45. TechTarget posted Q2 adjusted earnings of $0.11 per share on revenue of $29.2 million.
  • Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPPI) dropped 13.4 percent to $6.12. Spectrum Pharmaceuticals reported a Q2 loss of $24.3 million on revenue of $33.9 million.
  • Solaredge Technologies Inc (NASDAQ: SEDG) shares fell 11 percent to $16.56. The company’s Q4 earnings per share came in above Wall Street consensus expectations, however, shares fell due to the company's miss on sales estimates. Company management saw Q1 revenues to be between $130-$139 million vs. estimates of $139.43 and gross margins within 30-32 percent.
  • Perrigo Company plc (NYSE: PRGO) shares dipped 10.6 percent to $85.03 as the company reported downbeat quarterly earnings and lowered its full-year outlook.
  • Cliffs Natural Resources Inc (NYSE: CLF) shares tumbled 9.9 percent to $6.94. Cliffs Natural announced an offering of $300 million common stock offering.
  • Health Insurance Innovations Inc (NASDAQ: HIIQ) shares declined 7.7 percent to $4.34 after surging 17.50 percent on Tuesday.
  • Cyberark Software Ltd (NASDAQ: CYBR) shares dropped 7.4 percent to $51.23. Cyberark’s quarterly earnings per share came in above Wall Street consensus expectations.
  • United States Steel Corporation (NYSE: X) fell 4.2 percent to $23.25. US Steel priced 19.8 million shares offering at $23.00 per share.
  • Zimmer Biomet Holdings Inc (NYSE: ZBH) dropped 3.6 percent to $128.35. Zimmer Biomet reported an offering of 7.44 million shares of common stock via selling holders.
  • Wendys Co (NASDAQ: WEN) shares fell 3.5 percent to $9.84. Wendys posted better-than-expected quarterly results and lifted its full year forecast.
