Re: Cancellation of Listing

The Directors of the Company wish to announce that they have applied to the Irish Stock Exchange to delist the Class D Shares (ISIN: IE00B06G0569) (the "Shares") of the Magna Latin American Fund, a sub-fund of the Company.

Application has been made for the Shares to be removed from the Official List and from trading on the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange has agreed that the Shares will be delisted with effect from 24 August, 2016.
