Re: Chairman Fee

The Directors of the Fund wish to announce the introduction of a Chairman Fee of U$5,000 per annum.  The Chairman Fee will be paid to the Director of the Fund appointed as Chairman of Board meetings held and will be payable in addition to the Directors fee.

The Chairman Fee will be paid proportionally, according to the number of meetings chaired by a Director during the year.  A maximum Chairman Fee of $5,000 is payable per annum by the Fund.
