  • Express, Inc. (NYSE: EXPR) shares dropped 24.4 percent to $12.12 after the company reported downbeat results for its fiscal second quarter and issued a weak outlook for the third quarter and full year.
  • La-Z-Boy Incorporated (NYSE: LZB) shares declined 13.1 percent to $27.11 as the company reported weaker-than-expected sales for its first quarter.
  • Sophiris Bio Inc (NASDAQ: SPHS) shares fell 9.5 percent to $3.52. On Tuesday, Sophiris Bio priced 6.5 million shares and warrants for gross proceeds of $26 million.
  • Seabridge Gold, Inc. (USA) (NYSE: SA) shares dropped 9.4 percent to $10.92. Gold futures fell 1.2 percent to trade at $1,330.30 an ounce.
  • Gold Standard Ventures Corp (NYSE: GSV) shares declined 8.9 percent to $2.45. Gold futures fell 1.2 percent to trade at $1,330.30 an ounce.
  • Endeavour Silver Corp (NYSE: EXK), which dropped 8.8 percent to $4.75. Silver futures declined 2 percent to trade at $18.69 an ounce.
  • Dycom Industries, Inc. (NYSE: DY) shares declined 7.3 percent to $85.24. Dycom reported stronger-than-expected results for its fourth quarter on Tuesday. However, earnings guidance and new unit figures disappointed investors.
  • New Media Investment Group Inc (NYSE: NEWM) dropped 6.2 percent to $15.85. Citigroup downgraded New Media Investment Group from Neutral to Sell.
  • Garmin Ltd. (NASDAQ: GRMN) fell 5.3 percent to $50.85. Goldman Sachs downgraded Garmin from Neutral to Sell.
  • Intuit Inc. (NASDAQ: INTU) shares dropped 3.8 percent to $109.56. Intuit reported better-than-expected Q4 results, but issued a weak revenue forecast for the current quarter.
  • Skullcandy Inc (NASDAQ: SKUL) shares slipped 2.7 percent to $6.25 as the company disclosed that it has entered into a new merger deal with Mill Road Capital. The company also terminated its deal with Incipio.
  • Canadian Solar Inc. (NASDAQ: CSIQ) shares declined 2 percent to $13.18. Barclays downgraded Canadian Solar from Overweight to Equal-weight and lowered the price target from $24.00 to $14.00.
