  • Aehr Test Systems (NASDAQ: AEHR) shares jumped 24 percent to $2.12. Aehr Test Systems reported a manufacturing and development partnership with Semics for FOX wafer handling and investment by Semics in the company.
  • Craft Brew Alliance Inc (NASDAQ: BREW) shares surged 19.6 percent to $17.30. Craft Brew Alliance and Anheuser Busch Inbev SA (ADR) (NYSE: BUD) reported new and enhanced commercial agreements.
  • China Techfaith Wireless Comm. Tech. Ltd (NASDAQ: CNTF) gained 19 percent to $3.36. China TechFaith reported a loss of $0.11 per share on revenue of $35 million for the first six months ended June 30, 2016.
  • PharMerica Corporation (NYSE: PMC) shares rose 15.4 percent to $26.03. Pharmerica is working with Bank of America and UBS Group to explore strategic alternatives, including a possible sale.

  • OraSure Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: OSUR) gained 13.4 percent to $7.94 driven by the announcement of a new contract with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The company will receive up to $16.6 million to fund the advancement of its rapid Zika tests.
  • China Distance Education Hldgs Ltd (ADR) (NYSE: DL) shares rose 12.3 percent to $11.93. China Distance Education posted strong Q3 results and raised its FY16 sales outlook.
  • National Beverage Corp. (NASDAQ: FIZZ) gained 11.7 percent to $52.48. National Beverage reported Q1 net income of $29 million on revenue of $217.1 million.
  • TG Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ: TGTX) rose 9.5 percent to $6.81 as the company reported orphan drug designation for TGR-1202 for the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
  • Lucas Energy, Inc. (NYSE: LEI) gained 8.6 percent to $3.80 as the company disclosed that its shareholders voted to approve the Segundo transaction and related financings.
  • PDC Energy Inc (NASDAQ: PDCE) shares gained 8.3 percent to $68.88. PDC Energy reported that it has agreed to acquire two privately held companies managed by Kimmeridge Energy Management Company for around $1.5 billion. Stephens & Co. upgraded PDC Energy from Equal-weight to Overweight.
  • SCYNEXIS Inc (NASDAQ: SCYX) shares rose 6.9 percent to $3.04 after dropping 5.96 percent on Tuesday.
  • Wabash National Corporation (NYSE: WNC) climbed 6.7 percent to $14.56. Wabash National will replace EnerSys (NYSE: ENS) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on August 25.
  • Insys Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ: INSY) shares gained 6.6 percent to $17.45 as the company reported that its Buprenorphine Sublingual Spray Phase 3 trial has met primary endpoint.
  • Tutor Perini Corp (NYSE: TPC) rose 4.2 percent to $23.70. MKM Partners upgraded Tutor Perini from Neutral to Buy.
  • Clovis Oncology Inc (NASDAQ: CLVS) gained 3.4 percent to $23.82. Clovis Oncology shares surged 27.24 percent on Tuesday. Credit Suisse raised its price target on Clovis Oncology from $14 to $19, while Mizuho increased its price target on the stock from $15 to $23.
  • Best Buy Co Inc (NYSE: BBY) rose around 3 percent to $40.32. UBS raised the price target on Best Buy from $33 to $38.
