VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Aug. 24, 2016) - InZinc Mining Ltd. (TSX
VENTURE:IZN) ("InZinc" or the "Company") reports that it will file with the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange")
documents to effect an extension of the expiry date of up to 4,513,700 share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") originally issued
in connection with two non-brokered private placements (the "Placements") that closed on August 29, 2014 (3,333,400 units)
and September 30, 2014 (5,694,000 units). Each unit in both Placements consisted of one share and one half share
purchase warrant. The original terms of the Placements specified that each Warrant was exercisable into one common share (a
"Warrant Share") of the Company at a price of $0.30 per Warrant Share until August 29, 2016 and September 29, 2016,
respectively. The Company wishes to extend the original expiry date of the Warrants for an additional 12 months as to
1,666,700 Warrants from August 29, 2016 to August 29, 2017 and 2,847,000 Warrants from September 29, 2016 to
September 29, 2017, subject to Exchange acceptance. There are no other proposed changes to the terms of the
Warrants.
