$31.50 on Friday.
- Carl Icahn revealed an additional stake in Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE: HLF). The famed investor disclosed a 2.3 million shares purchase made on Friday.
Herbalife shares slipped 2.31 percent to close at $60.50 on Friday.

- Analysts are expecting Catalent Inc (NYSE: CTLT)
to have earned $0.53 per share on revenue of $502.25 million in the latest quarter. Catalent will release earnings after the
markets close. Catalent shares rose 0.12 percent to close at $25.00 on Friday.

Westar Energy Inc (NYSE: WR) disclosed that its board
declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share, payable October 3 to shareholders of record as of September 9. Westar Energy
shares rose 0.22 percent to close at $54.50 on Friday.

Amarin Corporation plc (ADR) (NASDAQ: AMRN)
disclosed that its subsidiary has announced a mandatorily exchange of all of its 3.5 percent May 2014 Exchangeable Senior Notes
due 2032 into American Depositary Shares (ADSs) of Amarin. Each ADS represents one ordinary share of Amarin, meaning the
company will issue 384.6154 ADSs for each $1,000 principal amount of 2014 Notes. Amarin shares rose 0.33 percent to close at
$3.08 on Friday.
