before the opening bell. Navistar shares rose 0.42 percent to $19.10 in after-hours trading.
- Analysts expect Finisar Corporation (NASDAQ: FNSR) to post quarterly earnings at $0.30 per share on revenue of $331.34 million
after the closing bell. Finisar shares rose 0.04 percent to $23.66 in after-hours trading.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co (NYSE: HPE) posted
better-than-expected Q3 earnings, but revenue missed estimates. Hewlett Packard Enterprise also announced it was spinning off
and merging its software division with Britain’s Micro Focus International PLC, in a deal valued at roughly $8.8 billion.
Hewlett Packard Enterprise shares declined 0.50 percent to $21.98 in the after-hours trading session.
- Before the markets open, Science Applications International Corp (NYSE: SAIC) is projected to report its quarterly earnings at $0.79 per share on revenue
of $1.11 billion. SAIC shares rose 0.72 percent to close at $65.70 on Wednesday.
- Analysts are expecting Restoration Hardware Holdings Inc (NYSE: RH) to have earned $0.29 per share on revenue of $511.80 million in the recent
quarter. Restoration Hardware will release earnings after the closing bell. Restoration Hardware shares slipped 0.09 percent to
$34.85 in after-hours trading.

Guidewire Software Inc (NYSE: GWRE) posted upbeat
earnings for its fiscal fourth quarter, but issued a weak guidance. Guidewire Software shares dropped 5.32 percent to $60.50 in
the after-hours trading session.
- Analysts expect Conn's Inc (NASDAQ: CONN) to
report quarterly earnings at $0.03 per share on revenue of $417.71 million before the opening bell. Conn's shares gained 0.42
percent to $7.23 in after-hours trading.

Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC) agreed to sell a
majority stake in McAfee computer-security unit to investment firm TPG for $3.1 billion in cash. The company reported that it
will collaborate with TPG to establish McAfee as a leading independent cyber-security company valued at $4.2 billion. Intel
shares declined 0.30 percent to close at $36.46 on Wednesday.
- After the markets close, Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY) is estimated to post its quarterly earnings at $0.53 per share on revenue of
$387.58 million. Korn/Ferry shares gained 0.97 percent to close at $24.04 on Wednesday.

Tailored Brands Inc (NYSE: TLRD) reported
stronger-than-expected results for its second quarter on Wednesday. Tailored Brands shares climbed 11.38 percent to $15.85 in
the after-hours trading session.
