report quarterly earnings at $1.31 per share on revenue of $15.81 billion before the opening bell. PepsiCo shares rose 0.57
percent to $107.99 in after-hours trading.

Pier 1 Imports Inc (NYSE: PIR) reported in-line loss
for the second quarter, but revenue of $405.82 million, missed the Street’s consensus by $1.14 million. Its same store sales
dropped 4.3 percent in the quarter. Pier 1 shares gained 8.90 percent to $4.65 in the after-hours trading session.
- Analysts expect Costco Wholesale Corporation (NASDAQ: COST) to post quarterly earnings at $1.74 per share on revenue of $37.19 billion
after the closing bell. Costco shares gained 0.17 percent to $149.67 in after-hours trading.

Progress Software Corporation (NASDAQ: PRGS)
reported weaker-than-expected results for its third quarter on Wednesday. Progress Software shares dipped 9.68 percent to
$25.65 in the after-hours trading session.
- Before the markets open, Accenture Plc (NYSE: ACN)
is projected to report quarterly earnings at $1.30 per share on revenue of $8.42 billion. Accenture shares declined 0.06 percent
to $116.58 in after-hours trading.
- Carl Icahn lowered stake in Transocean LTD (NYSE: RIG) to 1.5 percent. Icahn's earlier stake In Transocean was 5.88 percent.
Transocean shares slipped 0.50 percent to $9.97 in the after-hours trading session.
- Analysts are expecting ConAgra Foods Inc (NYSE: CAG) to have earned $0.48 per share on revenue of $2.75 billion in the latest
quarter. ConAgra will release earnings before the opening bell. ConAgra shares fell 0.05 percent to $43.11 in after-hours
trading.
