Patrick Nolan has joined the company as Vice President of Investor Relations.

Vehicle Equities Analyst for the last nine years. Earlier in his career, he worked at TIAA-CREF as a Global
Automotive Analyst/Active Equity Research Associate. Mr. Nolan began his career at Lehman Brothers as a specialty
sales associate. He holds a bachelor's degree in business from Loyola University in Maryland and is a
Certified Financial Analyst Charter Holder.
