Regency Centers and Lincoln Harris Brings Winter Wonderland Back to Phillips Place

Regency Centers Corporation (“Regency”), a national owner, operator, and developer of grocery-anchored shopping centers, in partnership with Lincoln Harris, one of the most accomplished full-service real estate companies in the southeast, will be bringing back the award-winning Winter Wonderland Holiday Light Show and charity drive to Phillips Place in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Events will be held on Thursday evenings, December 8th, 15th, and 22nd, with shows beginning at 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Each week will feature a different performance emulating the themes of Christmas past, present, and future. Guests can take part in this year’s show by visiting the Avatar Creator, which captures images in a variety of Christmas themes, and projects them in 3D across the six story Hampton Inn & Suite during intermission and after the show. Other entertainment highlights include a visit from Santa & Mrs. Claus, holiday stilt walkers, goodie bags for the kids and hot chocolate. Guests are encouraged to bring an unwrapped toy to donate to Toys for Tots, as the USMC will be on hand, and there is a 100% chance of snow each night.

Additional free parking will be available. Shuttles will run every fifteen minutes from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. from the Morrocroft Parking Deck at 4064 Colony Road Charlotte NC, 28211

“We are pleased to have the support from Regency Centers to help us raise toys for less fortunate children,” said Ted Silvester, Vice President of Marketing and Development for Toys for Tots. “Every child deserves a little Christmas, and with Regency’s help we will be able to fulfill the Christmas Holiday dreams of even more children in need.”
