"Company") is pleased to announce that it has filed all necessary material with the TSX Venture Exchange (the
"TSXV") in connection with the change in the Company's name to "Itafos". The shareholder approval required to
authorize the change in the Company's name from "MBAC Fertilizer Corp." to "Itafos" was obtained at the Company's annual general
meeting held on December 16, 2016. It is expected that the Company's shares will commence trading under the new name on January
6, 2017 under the trading symbol of "IFOS". No action is required to be taken by holders of the Company's securities in respect
of the change in the Company's name.
