MONACO, January 24, 2017 -- GasLog Partners LP ("GasLog Partners," the "Partnership" or "we") (NYSE: GLOP) today
announced that it has priced its public offering of 3,750,000 common units at a price to the public of $20.50 per common
unit. The underwriter has a 30-day option to purchase up to 562,500 additional common units from the Partnership.
The Partnership plans to use the net proceeds from the public offering for general partnership purposes, which
may include future acquisitions, debt repayment, capital expenditures and additions to working capital. We currently expect that
this will include future acquisitions from GasLog Ltd., our parent ("GasLog").
Citigroup is acting as sole bookrunner for the offering. The offering is being made only by means of a
