Ocular Therapeutix, Inc. Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
Ocular Therapeutix, Inc. (NASDAQ: OCUL) announced today the pricing of a registered underwritten public offering of 3,571,429
shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $7.00 per share pursuant to a shelf registration statement that was
previously filed with and declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). All of the shares in the offering are
to be sold by the Company.
Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. is acting as the sole bookrunner for the offering.
The offering is expected to close on or about January 27, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions.
