today announced the payment of an eligible dividend in the amount of $0.0125 per common share payable on February 24, 2017 to all
shareholders of record as of February 10, 2017. Based on the closing price of $0.99 per share on January 26, 2017, this dividend
represents a yield of 5.05% on an annualized basis.
