the appointment of Olivier Muggli to the Position of Executive Vice President & Chief
Operating Officer for the Corporation. Mr. Muggli has been with Winpak for six years in the capacity of Corporate Vice
President of Technology & Innovation. Prior to joining Winpak, his career encompassed various senior management roles,
both in Europe and North America, including Vice President and
Managing Director of Alcan's Food Packaging Division. With Mr. Muggli's new responsibilities, Winpak expects to benefit
even more from his extensive industry experience.
