Corporation (OTCQX: HDYN) announced today that the Annual Meeting of Stockholders that was adjourned on February 27, 2017 will be reconvened on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time. The original record date for the meeting of January 20,
2017 has not changed, and valid proxies that have already been submitted remain valid for the reconvened meeting.
The meeting will be held in Houston at the Omni Houston Hotel Westside, 13210 Katy Freeway. A
continental breakfast will be served starting at 9:00 a.m. Central Time.
Following the business portion of the meeting, Ray Leonard, Hyperdynamics President and Chief
Executive Officer, will provide an operational update.
